Refund and returns

    You can not return your Water medication for refund. We are unable to accept returned water. Please read carefully the information about the water prior to buying it.

    Please do not buy it if you have any doubts and make sure to contact us before you place your order to get more details.

    You may cancel your order before it is shipped by sending us an e-mail message and providing a strong argument for cancellation. Please note, cancellation fee is USD 10.

    Please do not buy if you do not agree with our Cancellation Policy. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped.

    Explanations "I've changed my mind" and "order was placed in error" or "I was not aware of the shipping times until after I placed my order" are not sufficient enough to cancel your order.
