    Recommended Directions for Use:
• Add 60 drops to your bath water and submerge yourself completely for a few seconds. Repeat three times at 5-minute intervals. Focus on relaxing. (We recommend soothing music, too.) 
• Clean your living space by adding ½ cup (4 oz.) to a bucket of plain warm water and wipe down all doors, floors, and windowsills. Repeat once a month for as long as necessary.
